These bunless burgers are super easy and super delicious!
I have put mine with a little  toast round,
but if you want to make it banting, simply leave it off,
and voila, a scrumptious banting burger!

Serves 4
Ingredients

The Burgers
  • 800g Mince
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Oil For Frying
The Sauce
  • 15g Flour
  • 500ml Full Cream Milk
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Chives
  • Salt And Pepper
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the burgers together.
  2. Divide mixture in four equal parts and shape into patties (about 1 inch thick).
  3. Heat a oil in a pan.
  4. Carefully place in the patties (you may have to do them one at a time depending on the size of your pan).
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Cook 5 minutes a side (medium), or 7 minutes a side (well done).
  7. Remove from pan and place on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  8. Once all patties are cooked, add the flour to the oil in the pan.
  9. Use a whisk to mix the flour and oil well and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  10. Add the milk and whisk until smooth.
  11. Add the herbs, salt, and pepper.
  12. Simmer, whisking continuously until thickened.
  13. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  14. Serve your delicious patties and creamy herb sauce.
