Bunless Burger With Creamy Herb Sauce Recipe (Banting)
These bunless burgers are super easy and super delicious!
I have put mine with a little toast round,
but if you want to make it banting, simply leave it off,
and voila, a scrumptious banting burger!

- 800g Mince
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- Salt And Pepper
- Oil For Frying
- 15g Flour
- 500ml Full Cream Milk
- Fresh Thyme
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Chives
- Salt And Pepper
- Combine all the ingredients for the burgers together.
- Divide mixture in four equal parts and shape into patties (about 1 inch thick).
- Heat a oil in a pan.
- Carefully place in the patties (you may have to do them one at a time depending on the size of your pan).
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook 5 minutes a side (medium), or 7 minutes a side (well done).
- Remove from pan and place on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Once all patties are cooked, add the flour to the oil in the pan.
- Use a whisk to mix the flour and oil well and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk and whisk until smooth.
- Add the herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer, whisking continuously until thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve your delicious patties and creamy herb sauce.
